About the League

The Alpha Esports League is India's first interschool national championship that brings together student gamers from across the country to compete in structured, school led esports tournaments.

An initiative of LXL Foundation, organised by Krayon in collaboration with Daigon (a global esports education platform trusted by 500+ international schools), this program is designed to:

  • Prepare students for the Olympic Esports Games set to debut in 2027.

  • Support India's future generation of gaming professionals

  • Unleash student potential in competitive gaming

  • Bridge the gap between screen time and skill time

  • Educate parents and educators on the value of esports

  • Prepare Indian youth for global careers and competitions

Registrations open: November 1st, 2025

Registrations close: January 5th, 2026

League Dates: January 15th 2026 to February 15th 2026

Rocket League

A digital sports game where students use cars to play soccer. The objective is to score goals using skillful driving, boosting, and coordination.

Minecraft (Edu Edition)

A digital strategy and creativity game. Students work together to solve challenges, build structures, and complete game objectives in a time-limited setting.

League Structure

  • Games Played: Rocket League and Minecraft.

  • Duration: 4-week group stage, followed by finals (knockout stage).

  • Dates: 15th January, 2026 - 15th February, 2026.

  • Participation: Schools can register two teams under one coach (teacher in charge)

  • Categories 

    • Grade 7 & above 

    • Grade 10 & above 

  • Platform: The League will be hosted on Daigon's platform.

  • Time Commitment: Matches run only 60 minutes per game every Thursday.
